We don’t need to remind you that it’s almost Valentine’s Day and the whole world is plastered with pink hearts and cupids! But what does V-Day mean to you? Is it the most romantic love-filled day of the year or spending Galentine’s Day with your single pals?  This year, it means celebrating with a drink and we are planning on making this lovely cocktail that will sweeten up our Valentine’s Day.   Enjoy!! 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur    2 parts vodka or Gin
3/4 part fresh lemon juice    1 part muddled strawberry
Perrier-Jouet Blason Rosé Champagne



1.  In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add sliced strawberries and muddle.

2.  Add all ingredients aside from the Perrier-Jouet Blason Rosé Champagne and shake vigorously until well chilled.

3.  Strain into cocktail glasses filled with ice and top with a splash of Perrier-Jouet Blason Rosé Champagne.
4.  Garnish with a strawberry and/or edible flowers.
