Hi there! My name is Marissa Tiongson and I am the Owner & Creative Director of APOTHICA Design and Events. Most days you can find me snuggled up with my husband and two kids watching old movies, working on living a healthy lifestyle, and always in search of learning something new and creative.
I am mostly known for being slightly obsessed with ALL the little details, being an organization freak and true foodie. I am in love with exploring new cuisines, places and cultures. I have always enjoyed the creative process, discovering the world of art and music, playing the piano and exploring nature.
My passion for design and planning has always been a part of me. As a child, I would spend my days pouring over cookbooks, decor magazines, and craft books and constantly rearrange our home decor to my parents’ dismay.
APOTHICA Design & Events was created based on this passion, this itch to express my love for design and creating something unique and beautiful. Along with this love, it has always been my nature to serve others. I have dedicated many years in my previous 15-year career as a Doctor of Pharmacy. As an event designer and planner, for me it is the perfect balance of my desire to be an artist, to still serve others, and to create something new, unique and beautiful!
